Friday Favorites – P!NK CONCERT

Hello there!

Whew, I can’t believe it is Friday again already.

This week I did a couple of cool things, so lets get started.

  1. I went to the movies this weekend and saw the movie Blockers. It was absolutely hilarious and incredibly good. I enjoyed it a lot specially because it gave me a chance to just laugh it off. The movie is about a group of parents that find out their daughters want to lose their virginity on Prom Night, and they literally want to “block” them from doing just that. I fully recommend you get yourself to a movie theater and see this movie.

2. I had a cookie/movie night with my friends and it was absolutely lovely. We laughed, we talked, we ate, and we just spent some quality time together. Just the relax day we needed before we start getting into the hectic week that is “finals week”.

3. Guys, I went to a P!NK Concert! This is actually a really funny story. My friend’s mom got tickets for herself and for my friend, and since she is a huge fan, she flew to D.C. (where I live) just to attend the concert and when she got there, she realized she had bought the tickets for the day she was leaving. So she was generous enough to give me and my roommate their tickets so we could go instead. That was actually incredibly nice and generous if you ask me. So me and my roommate went home and since we really were not really big fans of P!nk, we decided we needed to learn all her songs before the concert. Of course we liked her just to clarify, we were just not fans. Or at least thats what I thought… So we got home and we started playing her songs, and out of nowhere I knew almost all of them!!! They actually were some of my favorite songs, I just did not know P!nk was the one who sang them. Yeah, pretty lame right? But thats me. I do not really pay much attention to those things. But back to the point. As soon as I realized I was indeed a fan of P!nk, I got so pumped up. I cannot explain to you how excited I was. So the day of the concert we got there and had amazing seats! Again, thank you to my mom’s friend (you know who you are).

Guys I honestly do not think there are enough words to explain how amazing that concert was. It was hands down the best concert I have ever been to in my entire life. P!nk is one not only of the most talented artists out there, she is an incredible person overall. I love what she stands for and how she always makes it a priority to stay true to herself. It is really humbling and an incredible role model for young girls and young adults like me. She is just such a good performer I could not believe it. It was literally insane. Definitely an experience I will never forget. I posted a video on my Instagram of a little part of the concert, but really guys you need to buy your tickets and go experience it yourself. It was just pure magic. Favorite pop rock artist out there by far

This was the view to the stage from our seats. pink

Have a great weekend 🙂
